What we keep and why

• Registration: the student’s name, age and level, and the parent or guardian’s name, phone number and area, so the Director can arrange the assessment and lessons.
• Lessons: attendance, marks, payments and theory progress, shown privately to the family through their own portal link.
• Class recordings: live online classes are recorded so students can watch them again. Recordings are available only to the students of that class and to academy staff, and are deleted automatically after a set period (normally 60 days).

Visit statistics

With your permission, the website uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are opened, the town or country a visit comes from, and how people found the site. It does not collect names, phone numbers or anything you type into forms, and it is never used on the parent portal or the staff area. Choose No thanks on the website’s notice to refuse; you can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Who else handles information

The website is hosted by Netlify, the academy’s records are kept in Supabase, live classes run on 8x8 (Jitsi as a Service), recordings are stored in Cloudflare R2, and visit statistics use Google Analytics. We do not sell or share information for advertising.

Your choices

Parents can ask to see, correct or delete their family’s information, or ask for a child not to appear in photos, videos or recordings shown on the website, at any time.
